      <title>The role of pricing strategy in customer engagement</title>
      <link>http://dspace.esgen.edu.dz:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/821</link>
      <description>Titre: The role of pricing strategy in customer engagement
Auteur(s): NAMOUS, Djaouad; Supervised by:AMALOU, Waffa
Résumé: This master's dissertation investigates the role of pricing strategy in shaping customer&#xD;
engagement within the Algerian ride-hailing sector, using Heetch El Djazair as an empirical&#xD;
case study. In a hyper-competitive digital marketplace characterized by extreme price&#xD;
sensitivity, low switching costs, and widespread multi-homing behavior, pricing has&#xD;
transcended its traditional marketing mix function to become the primary lever of cognitive,&#xD;
emotional, and behavioral consumer engagement.&#xD;
Grounded in a sequential mixed-methods design, this research first conducted an exploratory&#xD;
qualitative study through semi-structured interviews with four key operational managers at&#xD;
Heetch El Djazair — an Operations Business Analyst, a Competitor Monitoring Specialist, a&#xD;
Customer Care Officer, and a CRM Marketing Expert — to decode the platform's internal yield&#xD;
management mechanisms. The qualitative phase revealed that Heetch calibrates its fares&#xD;
through a systematic real-time feedback loop anchored in three consumer-facing dimensions:&#xD;
comparative competitiveness, economic accessibility, and pricing transparency and fairness.&#xD;
These three dimensions were subsequently operationalized into a quantitative survey&#xD;
administered to 162 Algerian ride-hailing users. Multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS&#xD;
yielded an exceptionally robust explanatory model (R² = 0.921, F = 612.78, p &lt; 0.001),&#xD;
confirming all three hypotheses: Comparative Competitiveness emerged as the dominant&#xD;
predictor (β = 0.430), followed by Economic Accessibility (β = 0.283) and Transparency and&#xD;
Fairness (β = 0.247). Together, these dimensions account for 92.1% of the variance in customer&#xD;
engagement.&#xD;
These findings establish that in the Algerian VTC market, price perception is a&#xD;
multidimensional construct that decisively governs consumer loyalty and platform attachment.&#xD;
This dissertation concludes with actionable strategic recommendations, proposing that Heetch&#xD;
transition from reactive manual pricing checks toward automated, API-driven competitive&#xD;
intelligence systems, implement transparent fare-breakdown interfaces, and deploy CRM-based&#xD;
precision promotional strategies to sustainably convert price-sensitive users into deeply&#xD;
engaged brand advocates

      <title>L’Apport de WhatsApp Business dans L’amélioration de la Communication Digitale et la Performance Commerciale d’une PME</title>

      <description>Titre: L’Apport de WhatsApp Business dans L’amélioration de la Communication Digitale et la Performance Commerciale d’une PME

Résumé: Le développement accéléré des technologies numériques redéfinit profondément les&#xD;
pratiques commerciales des petites et moyennes entreprises algériennes, les poussant à adopter&#xD;
de nouveaux outils de communication pour répondre aux exigences croissantes d'une clientèle&#xD;
connectée. Dans ce contexte, WhatsApp Business s'est imposé progressivement comme un&#xD;
canal de communication privilégié, dont l'impact réel sur la qualité des échanges et la&#xD;
performance commerciale demeure pourtant peu étudié dans le contexte algérien.&#xD;
Pour explorer cette question, cette recherche s'est appuyée sur une revue de littérature&#xD;
approfondie portant sur la communication digitale, la performance commerciale et le rôle&#xD;
stratégique de WhatsApp Business, avant de confronter ces éléments théoriques à une étude&#xD;
empirique quantitative menée auprès de 126 clients de l'entreprise Red Cool. Les données&#xD;
collectées ont été soumises à une double analyse, univariée puis bivariée, mobilisant des&#xD;
tableaux de fréquences, des croisements de variables et le test du Khi-deux, traité à l'aide du&#xD;
logiciel R. Les résultats ont mis en évidence l'existence de relations statistiquement&#xD;
significatives entre la fréquence d'utilisation, la rapidité de réponse, la clarté des informations&#xD;
et la satisfaction du suivi client, suggérant ainsi que WhatsApp Business joue un rôle prometteur&#xD;
dans l'amélioration de la communication et de la performance commerciale de Red Cool, bien&#xD;
que des marges d'amélioration demeurent.&#xD;
Ces conclusions ont servi de base pour formuler des recommandations pratiques à&#xD;
l'intention des dirigeants souhaitant optimiser leur stratégie de communication digitale.

      <title>THE IMPACT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ON USER EXPERIENCE THROUGH A MOBILE APPLICATION AMONG THE YOUNG GENERATION</title>
      <link>http://dspace.esgen.edu.dz:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/805</link>
      <description>Titre: THE IMPACT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ON USER EXPERIENCE THROUGH A MOBILE APPLICATION AMONG THE YOUNG GENERATION
Auteur(s): GUERNOUG, Abdelhakim; Supervised by: KHODKJA, Nour Elhana; AOUFI, Souhaila; TOUILEB, Chawki Salim
Résumé: L'essor de l'intelligence artificielle a transformé la relation entre les opérateurs de&#xD;
télécommunications et leurs clients, faisant de l'application mobile le principal point de contact&#xD;
du parcours client. En Algérie, marché en pleine maturation numérique, Ooredoo a bâti une part&#xD;
importante de sa stratégie concurrentielle autour d'une architecture d'expérience client pilotée&#xD;
par l'IA. Ce mémoire examine dans quelle mesure l'intégration de l'intelligence artificielle au&#xD;
sein de l'application My Ooredoo améliore l'expérience des utilisateurs algériens. Trois&#xD;
hypothèses structurent l'analyse : l'effet des mécanismes d'IA sur l'efficacité perçue de la&#xD;
navigation (H1), l'effet du dispositif conversationnel sur la qualité de l'expérience (H2) et l'effet&#xD;
de la personnalisation pilotée par l'IA sur la fidélité (H3). La recherche mobilise un design mixte&#xD;
explicatif séquentiel : une phase quantitative (163 répondants) traitée par modélisation par&#xD;
équations structurelles (PLS-SEM) avec bootstrap à 5 000 ré-échantillons, suivie d'une phase&#xD;
qualitative (quatre entretiens d'experts) analysée selon le protocole thématique de Braun et&#xD;
Clarke. Les hypothèses H1 et H3 sont confirmées, tandis que la H2 demeure non concluante :&#xD;
H1 (β = +0,545), H2 (β = +0,398, statistiquement significative mais à interpréter avec prudence)&#xD;
et H3 (β = +0,587). Les hypothèses H1 et H3 sont significatives au seuil de 0,1 % ; la H2, bien&#xD;
que significative, ne peut être confirmée, le module conversationnel n'ayant été mesuré à partir&#xD;
d'une expérience réelle que pour une minorité de l'échantillon. La principale limite de l'étude&#xD;
tient à un échantillon restreint et non probabiliste, qui restreint la portée de la généralisation des&#xD;
résultats. La recherche débouche sur cinq recommandations opérationnelles pour Ooredoo&#xD;
Algérie.
