The topic of risk management and its impact on company performance is of significant importance in today's business landscape. This research examines the relationship between risk management and company performance, focusing on a specific case study, Netcom, a cleaning establishment in the Algiers Province. The study aims to determine how risk management practices impact company performance and identify the best risk management practices that companies, including Netcom, can adopt to mitigate potential risk. The study utilizes a comprehensive risk management framework, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring. The findings reveal that effective risk management positively impacts company performance, as evidenced by the correlation between risk management dimensions and company performance indicators.en_US
