<link>http://dspace.esgen.edu.dz:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/774</link>
<description>Digital Transformation Strategy for the Insurance of the Motor Branch Using Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Presented by: LAKHZOUM, Farah; Supervisor: TABTI, Rafika
This study addresses how artificial intelligence can enhance GIG Algeria’s motor&#13;
insurance operations, from subscription to claims management, while optimizing efficiency and&#13;
maintaining customer trust through a balanced integration of technology and human oversight&#13;
with an in-depth study of GIG Algeria. It is based on a mixed methodological approach&#13;
combining quantitative and qualitative studies along with process design. The results show that&#13;
stakeholders demonstrate strong support for digital transformation and AI implementation&#13;
across the entire motor insurance process. Customers exhibited significant acceptance and&#13;
expressed a genuine need for AI-driven solutions to improve accessibility and speed. The&#13;
findings highlight the development of a strategic framework that leverages technological&#13;
innovation to streamline operations while ensuring customer-centricity and creating a robust&#13;
foundation for this innovative project at GIG Algeria. The study demonstrates that digital&#13;
transformation in motor insurance requires careful integration of automated processes while&#13;
preserving essential human touchpoints to enhance customer experience and operational&#13;
efficiency.

<title>Analysis and mapping of personal data processing in the context of compliance with law 18-07</title>
<link>http://dspace.esgen.edu.dz:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/773</link>
<description>Analysis and mapping of personal data processing in the context of compliance with law 18-07
Presented by: BENAIDA, Meriem; Supervised by: OULD MAAMAR, Oussama
In a context where digital transformation is accelerating across Algerian enterprises,&#13;
ensuring the protection of personal data has become a legal and strategic necessity.&#13;
This thesis investigates how Algerian companies, specifically Cevital, can comply with Law&#13;
No. 18-07 on the protection of personal data. In the context of increasing digitalization and&#13;
regulatory complexity, the study addresses the need for structured data governance to ensure&#13;
legal compliance and protect individual rights. The central research problem focuses on how&#13;
Cevital can operationalize compliance through effective analysis and mapping of personal data&#13;
processing activities.&#13;
 To answer this question, a mixed methodological approach was adopted, combining legal&#13;
analysis, documentary research, semi-structured interviews with key personnel from Cevital’s&#13;
HR and IT departments, and direct observation of compliance practices. The study draws on&#13;
national legislation and international frameworks such as the GDPR and ISO/IEC 27701 to&#13;
benchmark best practices.&#13;
 The findings reveal that while Law 18-07 provides a solid legal foundation, its effective&#13;
implementation requires significant organizational efforts, including awareness campaigns,&#13;
internal documentation, and the development of a privacy governance model. Cevital has begun&#13;
to integrate these elements through a compliance initiative focused on risk mapping and&#13;
stakeholder engagement.&#13;
 This research contributes both academically and practically by providing a framework for&#13;
Algerian companies seeking to align with modern data protection standards. It highlights the&#13;
strategic importance of personal data governance and the operational challenges of&#13;
implementing regulatory compliance in the digital age.

<title>The Impact of Structured Communication on Project Success</title>
<link>http://dspace.esgen.edu.dz:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/772</link>
<description>The Impact of Structured Communication on Project Success
Presented by : BOUCHAHDANE, Chaima; Supervised by : KHODJA, Nour Elhana
Effective communication is widely recognized as a cornerstone of successful project management.&#13;
In large-scale and complex environments, poor communication is one of the leading causes of&#13;
delays, budget overruns. This dissertation examines the impact of structured communication on&#13;
project performance, through a case study of the M47 quay reinforcement and terminal&#13;
rehabilitation project at the Port of Algiers, managed by COSIDER TP.&#13;
Structured communication refers to the deliberate use of consistent processes and defined roles to&#13;
ensure that information is clearly shared and decisions are well coordinated throughout the project.&#13;
The study explores how these practices influence key areas of project success, such as stakeholder&#13;
engagement, timely decision-making, team coordination, and risk management. A qualitative&#13;
approach was used, drawing on semi-structured interviews with core project team members.&#13;
The findings show that applying structured communication practices leads to better coordination,&#13;
increased trust among stakeholders, and a noticeable reduction in project risks. In contrast,&#13;
weaknesses in transparency and knowledge transfer were linked to delays and inefficiencies. This&#13;
research concludes that communication is not a secondary support function, but a critical driver of&#13;
success in complex infrastructure projects.

<link>http://dspace.esgen.edu.dz:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/771</link>
<description>Le recrutement à l’ère du digital
Présenté par : BAACHA, HIBET ELLAH IKRAM; BENKHEDIR, MANEL; Encadré par : CHIBANE, ASSIA; BENYAYHIA, SAMIA
À l’ère du numérique, le recrutement connaît une profonde transformation, tant dans le&#13;
secteur public que privé. Ce mémoire s’intéresse aux évolutions du processus de recrutement&#13;
sous l’effet de la digitalisation, en mettant en lumière ses apports en termes d’efficacité,&#13;
d’accessibilité et de transparence.&#13;
À travers une étude comparative entre une administration publique (APC) et une&#13;
entreprise privée spécialisée en ressources humaines (Human Capital Agency), nous&#13;
analysons les pratiques digitales émergentes, les outils utilisés, ainsi que les leviers&#13;
stratégiques mobilisés pour attirer et sélectionner les talents.&#13;
L’objectif principal est d’examiner comment la digitalisation influence les pratiques de&#13;
recrutement dans différents contextes organisationnels en Algérie.
