Résumé:
This research examines the implementation and management of SAP S/4HANA in Algerian
companies in response to the dynamic business environment. The necessity for companies to
anticipate future trends and position themselves for emerging opportunities is highlighted.
The research examines the challenges, strategies, and critical success factors of deploying
SAP S/4HANA, employing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The dissertation
offers practical insights and recommendations for successful implementations through case
studies and empirical research. The dissertation addresses several key research questions,
including the impact of training, change management, and communication on user satisfaction;
the role of end-user involvement and stakeholder perceptions; and the influence of these factors
on the success of SAP S/4HANA implementations. The study tests hypotheses related to these
factors and provided actionable recommendations to enhance SAP S/4HANA implementation
success. The findings underscore the significance of efficacious project management,
stakeholder engagement, and technology integration for enhancing business operations,
customer relations, and sales. The objective of the study is to provide organizations with the
knowledge and strategies necessary for successful digital transformation.
