Résumé:
This study aims to develop a novel agile value chain tailored to the needs of modern
enterprises, leveraging existing scaled agile methodology frameworks. To construct and validate
our model, we conducted comprehensive interviews with experienced managers, IT specialists, and
Agile coaches, gathering valuable insights from industry experts. The practical application of this
constructed model was demonstrated within the context of SGA’s project management efforts,
specifically focusing on the digitalization of the credit process. Our findings underscore the
efficacy of the model in enhancing project outcomes and streamlining workflows. The thesis
concludes with a series of recommendations and propositions for future research, providing a
roadmap for further advancements in the integration of agile methodologies within complex project
environments.
